Build Stamina and Conditioning
By constantly moving defensively and throwing punches offensively you’ll begin to develop the conditioning to go the distance. Based on your current conditioning level, each session is tailored to your needs and goals.
Improve Coordination and Balance
Drills focus on detailed footwork that create proper angles, leverage and balance to land appropriate punches. This creates the foundation by which a boxer begins to learn his or her best approach to fighting as it pertains to their specific talent and skill level.
Enhance Hand-Eye Reaction and Coordination
By learning to remain relaxed, focused and composed with anticipation under pressure allows a boxer to see and react to punches being thrown. Mental toughness and focus are enhanced tremendously through each sparring session.
